If you are a regular client of Knead me, you have probably heard our exciting news - we have bought a beach house at Encounter Bay (near Victor Harbour, Port Elliot, Middleton and Goolwa on the Fleurieu Peninsula). We will be letting it out for people (especially our Knead Me clients!) to enjoy.
It has a fabulous view from inside the house and the front deck of the Bluff, through to Wright Island. The sheltered beach of Encounter Bay is just a 10 minute walk away through reserves. There is an excellent boat ramp at the bottom of the hill (just a few minutes drive) and the house has parking for a boat in front or at the side.
We have dogs and a cat, so the house is set up to be pet friendly. There is a completely enclosed cat (or kids!) verandah at the rear of the house and the back yard is fully fenced to keep the dogs in. We provide a large kennel, a super-sized cat scratching pole, a cat door between the laundry and the back verandah, kitty litter tray (with eco-friendly kitty litter) and loads of food and water bowls.
For humans, we have three bedrooms (two queen beds and two singles), three dining spaces (inside, front and back), a spacious lounge, a desk area and all the mod cons (32" HD LCD TV, DVD and stereo with ipod/iphone input). All bed linen is provided - you just need to bring towels.
