This page covers the all important Health, safety and hygiene issues.
We require that on your first visit you fill in a client form, which will allow us to treat you professionally. This is a standard practice that will allow us to determine the best treatment for you. It will give us important information of any contraindications we need to be aware of.
When receiving either a mobile or clinic massage from Knead Me, we require that you wear underwear whenever the therapist is present and during the massage.
You will be given privacy and a towel or blanket to cover yourself when getting on to the table, the therapist will leave the room during this period. The therapist will hold up a towel to shield you whenever you turn over on the table. You will always be given respect and privacy when you are with one of our therapists. When the appointment is finished, the therapist will leave the room and give you time to dress before entering, they will knock first. Even if you are comfortable being naked we require that you abide by this rule for the sake of our therapists.
We use fresh clean towels for every client, they are washed in green washing detergents and eucalyptus.
Lisa and Denise are insured and members of the AAMT (Australian Association of Massage Therapists). Lucy and Vairi are members of ATMS. They have strict conditions and guidelines. We are all Qualified in Senior First Aid.

Please be aware that all massages are Strictly Non Sexual and any breach of this verbally or physically will result in immediate termination of the massage with no refund.
